A little something about me

Hi, I’m Manca — a photographer based in Slovenia, available worldwide.

My journey with photography began when I was around 10, spending summers with my aunt and uncle. My uncle, a wildlife photographer, let me play with his camera, and I was instantly hooked.

Though I was always drawn to photography, I chose a more stable path and became a nurse. After years working in the ER, I left nursing at 27, feeling drained and ready to reconnect with what first inspired me — photography and animals.

For me, photography is more than pretty pictures — it’s about art, connection, and capturing truth. My style leans moody, earthy, and imperfect — inspired by nature, western tones, and quiet honesty.

No studios. No forced smiles. Just your story, seen through my lens.

With love,
Manca
